All trainers are registrants in good standing with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification and have qualified by service and examination for Certification. They have pledged to perform service in these areas with skill, honesty, and integrity in order to provide their customers with the highest degree of professionalism possible.
Douglas Mascari
Douglas purchased his first franchise in 1991. Since that time, he purchased several others and is now the owner and operator of ServiceMaster Restoration Serving Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, & Washington Counties. His role as the company president doesn't prevent him from providing estimates to customers regularly. Now, more than 19 years later, Douglas has provided service to over 20,000 homes and businesses.
Douglas and his franchises have won numerous awards over the years for excellence, record-breaking goals, and good standing within the franchise and the community. He also has been recognized for his active participation in charitable events.
Reed Frazier
Reed came to ServiceMaster Restoration Serving Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, & Washington Counties in April of 1999. Reed has provided service to over 10,000 homes and businesses and is a highly valued employee.
Angel Galdamez
Angel came to ServiceMaster Restoration Serving Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, & Washington Counties in March of 2000. Angel has provided service to over 8,000 homes and businesses and is a highly valued employee.
Adriana Mascari
Adriana came to ServiceMaster Restoration Serving Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, & Washington Counties in September of 2003.
