As an IICRC certified company, ServiceMaster Restore® follows all IICRC guidelines for professional cleaning standards.

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) serves as the industry guardian for the cleaning, inspection, and restoration service industries.

As a non-profit certification organization, the IICRC helps ensure that you have access to trusted and trained cleaning professionals by establishing and monitoring certification programs and standards for these industries.

For water restoration processes, we follow the IICRC S500 Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration, which is intended to provide information about the restoration of water damaged structures and contents.

Also, to maintain our certification we are required to abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. This includes:

Formal education in specific restoration as well as health and safety training

Certificate(s) of continuing education on new techniques and technology

Technician certification through a recognized industry organization
